Rhein Hotel St. Martin - Cologne

The suite provided a clean and family-friendly atmosphere, ideal. Enjoyed the complimentary drinks and the 10% discount on food at the fantastic restaurant below. Limited ventilation in the room was good, and there was confusion over a plumbing issue that required an unexpected payment, which wasn't well handled by the staff.

The location is particularly good and fantastic, 5 minutes' walk to Ludwig Museum. Furthermore, it's feet from the heart of the city.

Croissants, breads, scrambled eggs, bangers, and bacon served for breakfast were outstanding.

the view from the room was fine, especially at sunset. stairs can be challenging with bags.

The air conditioning needs a significant upgrade to avoid warm, uncomfortable nights!!! The layout can be a maze. Lastly, parking is a serious issue to address!!!

the hotel was fantastic with good location just next door to the famous attraction, and the cathedral, railway station and shopping area. new-fashioned and functional rooms, accommodating stuff in assisting me. easy check-in, late check-out. not to mention public parking nearby.

The room had great views, but the toilet was clogged and caused hassle.

I think this hotel is very well located, with comfortable spaces inside, and a very kind staff. The view of the River Rhin is really beautiful from the hotel and the restaurant shows interesting pictures. Many hotels have problems with credit card payment, but here I faced none of that. Also, when I read I was sharing the toilette (I asked for the cheapest room), I never thought the shower was indeed inside, which meant a good surprise to me. I had a good stay there and I would come back again and recommend it.

Perhaps it was not too comfortable not to have Internet in the room, but they warned about that, so I expected it, and the one they offered at the lobby for free was fast.

I liked it is close to the center (cathedral and Koln Hbf). The hotel staff is very nice.

I didnt like that the room and the hotel in general was not that clean. And it is very noisy.

The location was fabulous...centrally located, cathedral, museums, riverside, shopping, hundreds of options for dining and drinking within steps of the hotel, zs well as a constantly chNging scene of riveerside life: families, dog walkers, open air entertainment and revelers.... All make people watching a pleasure.

The noise level made it very difficult to sleep. Beward, if you are (like me) a light sleeper. The party atmosphere lasted until the early hours every night I was there.... This made getting rest, & getting up, difficult. However, that inconvenience aside, the stay was wonderful.

The location is ideal for enjoying the

Rhein scenery. The room was compact yet comfortable, and the complimentary water was a nice touch. Finding parking can be quite challenging, particularly if you have heavy luggage.

clean, tidy, and center position. The breakfast buffet ist satisfied. The receptionist ist nice and friendly.

But it lacks a trash bucket. so a little piy. :)

Very good value for money, situated right in the downtowon, close to rail station and many restaurants.

Even if book a double bed room, only twin bed is available.
